I am bursting with pride because my website has just received it's seven thousandths unique visitor, it was visited by someone in the USA, that is in the 16 months since it started, an average of about 14 each day. www.wordscanhelp.co.uk It is a serious site attempting to help those moving through the period after loss of a loved one and to help friends understand the bereaved actions.

It's helping someone, I'm so glad.

Not sure where this came from as I discovered it when I was deleting e mails, maybe from someone elses blog, but it is probably worth repeating.

HOW TO START YOUR DAY WITH A POSITIVE OUTLOOK

1. Open a new file in your PC.

2. Name it "Housework."

3. Send it to the RECYCLE BIN

4. Empty the RECYCLE BIN

5. Your PC will ask you, "Are you sure you want to delete Housework permanently?"

6. Answer calmly, "Yes," and press the mouse button firmly....
