Thanks Wasael, I came to Scotland nearly 50 years ago, it's not as warm as my home town in Sussex, but I like it, especially The Clyde Valley area.

Oh, I do agree with you...she really didn't do the right thing in this case...children, unfortunately, do get very badly damaged by bad parenting...seems to me it's a real lottery as to whether you come up with good ones or medium ones or downright bad ones...these children got the last one sadly by the sound of things...GBHs...XXX more…

Hello Wasael, I believe that it was a true story and I was deeply shocked to hear it about a mother, maybe we just don't know what does happen in other families if it has never happened in our own.
